Ah, the Apollon Hotel in Methana! This was my third stay, and every time, I fall a little more in love with this charming oasis. Nestled right by one of the cleanest and warmest seas in the Saronic, the hotel boasts a beautiful beach where sunbeds await to cradle you as you sip a refreshing drink from the delightful Snack Bar. Every morning, I indulged in a traditional Greek breakfast-feta, local bread, and eggs that made my taste buds do a happy dance. The rooms? Spacious and clean, with a kitchenette perfect for whipping up a light meal after a day of adventuring. Plus, listening to the sound of waves lapping at the shore each night? Pure bliss. The family-run atmosphere makes it feel even more special, and the staff are genuinely friendly, always ready to help. If you're after a peaceful escape with a dash of Greek charm, the Apollon Hotel is the perfect base for exploring the stunning coastline and the rich history that surrounds it.
